Smartphone Lego Puzzles

If your kiddo is a self-proclaimed “Lego dude”  like mine, chances are your house is consumed with this tiny, colorful, creative yet maddening invention. My boys can spend hours on end putting together Legos. If you’re anything like me, you cringe when you hear the dreaded “Mo-om! Sunday Funday – The Control Factor

Posted by on Oct 22, 2013 in Parenthood, Uncategorized | 0 comments

Recently, Baby T has been saying a lot of, “I just never get to do what I want to do!” I get it. The morning routine before school is pretty regimented. We need to have our shoes on and get in the car at a certain time. Bathroom breaks need to happen at a certain time. Socks must be worn to avoid death-wish stinky feet. We go to Tmuffin after school. Something I had never seen before. Something that totally intrigued me. Zentangling. If you’re not...

Kids Art Wilmington NC: Sit Back and Relax

I’ve probably mentioned this a thousand times: when it comes to kids doing art, less is more. So, so, so much more. Yes, it’s super cute when your kiddo comes home from preschool with their little handprint stamped on construction paper in the perfect form of a heart, with “I love you mom” written on it in bubbly penmanship.
