Unless otherwise noted, all of our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping cost is reflected in the shopping cart. All items leave the distribution center within 3 business days of completed payment, unless otherwise specified.
We understand that life with kids is unpredictable. If you’ve paid for a class that you cannot attend, we will apply the value paid to another class or product purchased within 15 days of the canceled class.
We love our products, and we hope you do too. If you’re not satisfied with a product you have purchased, please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange to have the product shipped back to us, and we will refund the cost of the product (not including the initial shipping cost and return shipping cost) or issue you store credit for the value of the cost of the product upon receipt.
